Congratulations to Katie Wheeler, Jastifah Miller, Noah Brown, and Jerika Thomas for their winning entry in Ivy Tech’s Martin Luther King, Jr. Legacy Project! Wheeler, Miller, Brown, and Thomas placed third across the state!!!

Sharon McElroy and Morgan Brinegar each receive an honorable mention for their entries as well.

The MLK Jr. Legacy Project is an ARTivism exhibition to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. ARTivism combines “art” and “activism” created to increase social, environmental, and technical awareness in their community through art. 

Winners, including honorable mentions, will be exhibited at the following Ivy Tech regions across the state:

January 17-19, 2017

Columbus
January 23-26, 2017

Northwest
January 30 through February 2, 2017

North Central (South Bend)
February 6-9, 2017

Northeast (Fort Wayne)
February 13-16, 2017

Lafayette
February 20-23, 2017

Kokomo
February 27 through March 2, 2017

East Central
March 6-9, 2017
