Honoring Pat Harrison’s Friendship & Support

Pat HarrisonPat Harrison is well-known as a real estate entrepreneur and philanthropist in Southern Indiana and beyond. She has used her business success to support organizations across this region. Many have benefitted greatly from her goodwill, and Ivy Tech Southern Indiana is fortunate to be a part of the impressive list of non-profits she has financially supported in recent history.

Pat Harrison Fine Art & Design Gallery
Pat is the namesake for the Fine Art & Design Gallery located in Ogle Hall, which houses art exhibits by students, faculty,  and local artists for both the campus and community to enjoy.

Leading a new Southern Indiana Arts Council partnership
Pat’s love of art led her to connect our Visual Communications program to the Southern Indiana Arts Council, which has brought artwork and sculpture on loan from across the region to campus for exhibits, including the sculpture outside Pfau Hall.

Look for construction to begin on Pat Harrison Clock Plaza
Pat’s generosity and financial support will be expressed in a new and exciting way this month. Construction will begin on the Pat Harrison Clock Plaza, which will be located in the quad between Pfau and Ogle Halls. This unique campus addition embraces Pat’s desire to bring art and interactive venues to campus while giving our students another outdoor gathering space. We honor and thank Pat for her friendship and dedication to the students of Ivy Tech Southern Indiana!
